A seafoam covered vegetable body.
There's a lot of confusion about naming with the piece that's generally easier to find in good condition, the covered casserole.
To help distinguish the two, collectors sometimes refer to the covered vegetable as the "lug-handled" casserole, and the covered casserole as the "stick-handled" casserole.
