White Clover is noted for being Russel Wright's first use of figural decoration as an integral part of a dinnerware design.
Also notable was the design of a clock for General Electric, with the face produced by Harkerware in the four basic White Clover patterns.
Collectors prize these, particularly if in working condition with the original hands.

Beginning collectors, note that various kinds of "cameoware" produced by Harkerware used almost identical glazes and colors as White Clover, but ONLY the White Clover pattern is Wright's design.
The Russel Wright mark on the back of the pieces is usually noticeably incised.
