We all really enjoyed riding the trails on the bikes. Sandy, Julie and Misty rode bikes while Bill rode a bike with a little trailer that carried Madison and Matthew. We rode 5 1/2 miles expecting to find a watering station somewhere along the way and never found it, so we rode the 5 1/2 miles back. Not too bad for us all being completely out of shape! Except maybe Julie! 

On Tuesday night, Bill, Misty, and Julie put together a Mardi Gras Dinner and declared the day Fat Tuesday! We cooked Red Beans and Rice, Steamed Veggies and Pasta Ya-Ya. We started the night off with a cheer (N'allins Style) and a mini parade where we wore purple, gold and green hats, and threw beads and cups and dubloons! Wednesday night Sandy and Mike treated us all to a catered dinner at the Jailhouse hosted by Marc and Jean! Thursday, Rick and Anne hosted a Mediterranean night featuring Roasted Green Beans.
