Meetings are held periodically for face-to-face planning, coordination and resolution of issues affecting our association and its members.  The current meeting schedule for the balance of 2009 and those currently scheduled for 2010 are provided below.  Additional meetings will be scheduled and added as the need for future meetings is determined and, as soon as possible after they are scheduled.  Check back often as  dates sometimes have to be changed due to unforeseen circumstances.
