Some important notes:

  1. All teams: We need help Friday night doing setup. Anyone who can help (big muscles not required -- there's lots of taping extension cords and signage and stuff like that!), please let us know; if you find yourself available last-minute, just show up at RBMS at 4PM. Thanks!

  2. Saturday teams: There is a play at the school Saturday afternoon. This may make parking tight for parents arriving later in the day. Please advise them of the school on either side as alternative parking areas.

  3. Sunday teams: If you or some of your parents could stick around for a little while after the end and help take down tables, etc., it would be greatly appreciated. Remember, FLL is an all-volunteer organization!

  4. Everyone: There will be food for sale Saturday, and there may be on Sunday. In any case, Cascades shopping center is close by, so if necessary, parents can do food runs.

Sunday, November 16 Tournament:

Note: Occasional problems have been seen with a file being reported as unreadable when clicked on; in these cases, right-clicking and saving the file gets a complete copy. This is an ongoing problem with various sites, not just this one.

You will need Adobe Reader to view the files. Most Windows machines come with this reader preinstalled. If you do not have Adobe Reader, click here to get it.

Each schedule file contains overall schedules, followed by team-specific schedules. You can print just the pages for your team by noting the page numbers and specifying those pages in the Print dialog.

If you have any problems, post on the VADCFLL list to ask for help.
