Your kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans and dishes which we really do appreciate. Everything in the condo worked without a problem.

Thanks so much for the use of your condo! It was a great value for the money. Fireplace was great - really appreciated having the abundance of firewood and fire-starters. It was very comfortable, and really appreciated having the three bedrooms with their own bathrooms! Really appreciated that there was plenty of hot water for showers, and also having the washer and dryer available. Kitchen was well equipped, and your directions and restaurant recommendations were helpful. I'll definitely recommend you to anyone who is thinking of going to Vail and looking for good value.

This is an email from Jennifer of Troy Ohio. She rented both A26 "Arapaho" and D8 "Durango" for a week during the summer. Together, the two condos worked well for their group of 15 --

I have been meaning to write for weeks but with school starting and work kicking in I have been slow. I received the deposit check for $400. Thank you for being so prompt. I wanted you to know how much we enjoyed our stay at your condos. With our group of 15 and some little ones we were in good shape with the amount of bedroom and bathrooms in the condos. We took turns cooking so that both areas got a rest from time to time. I had no idea that Vail was so year round with the attractions and indoor water park in Avon. We did try Sweet Basil, it was wonderful. The little park behind the condo was heaven sent. The families with kids took turns taking them over and they went at least twice a day. When ever they were too full of energy, off to the park they went. I took the bus back to the condo from downtown, it dropped me off right at the park, how delightful. We did see two big beavers in the lake by the park, the kids were so excited. We went hiking, water water rafting, and swimming in the pool. All in all we had a great time. It was the first time that my husband and all his children and their families had been together on vacation in five years. Our next trip is in two years to Yosemite, probably time to start planning.

Hello, We are home and we had a fantastic trip! Your 8 pages of details were appreciated. All of your directions were excellent. D8 got rave reviews from my 2 brothers, who had never been to Colorado before. And it was perfect for my mother (87 yrs young) who totally enjoyed herself. We took day trips driving and hiking, and attended a lovely wedding. My neice lives in Edwards, and another brother may move from Colorado Springs to Eagle County. So I'd like to think that we'll be back.
