Van Buren Lions Club

     The Van Buren Lions Club provides eye examinations and glasses, and access to corrective eye surgery for people in the Crawford County community that cannot afford such services.  There are several ways in which area residents can arrange for an eligibility evaluation and examination authorization.

     PLEASE NOTE, no examinations will occur, nor will eye glasses be provided under the Van Buren Lions Club Eye Program unless authorized in advance by the Van Buren Lions Club Board of Directors.

    If a STUDENT:

• Contact the school nurse at the student's school, and

    If an ADULT:
