Terms & Conditions / Certification of Originality:
Teacher warrants that the design is an original design, unpublished,
not previously taught at another convention,
and does not infringe on the copyright of another. Teacher agrees
to hold harmless the Creative Painting Convention
for any claims and/or suits arising from said design being taught.
Teacher further agrees to assume responsibility for
defense costs arising from any such action. Teacher agrees to
teach the design submitted at the time and classroom
assigned at the Creative Painting convention. Lodging and transportation
are the teacher's own responsibility.
Teachers will be paid $3.50 per hour per student, based upon actual
paid attendance, limit is 36 students per class,
unless otherwise agreed. Project must be, and remain, unpublished
until after being taught at the convention.
