I got involved in another role-playing game on the internet. This one is more like a role playing game instead of what we did before in the newsgroup. We're playing "In Nomine" which is about angels and demons fighting over control of the earth. God isn't like a person, he's like a musical symphony. Angels get their power by being tuned in harmony with God. Demons get their power by being out of tune with God. Both the angels and demons get involved in plots on earth and in the celestial (heaven and hell) and ethereal (dreams) realms. When they're on earth, angels and demons disguise themselves as mortals. So it's kind of like being a secret agent. Anyway, it's fun.

The funny part is that everyone playing this game is an atheist. I guess that helps us to get into it. It would be hard to play if we took it all seriously. At first we played angels so that we could get our feet wet. We didn't do so well and evil kind of prevailed. Oh well. But now we're playing demons and that's been more fun.

I play Kiri and sometimes Kendra. They are kind of the same as the characters that I played from the other role playing thing but they are different. Kendra makes a great demon. Kiri, well, let's just say that she sins a lot. The other players are Chris, Martin, and Jody who play Liander, Biffon, and Shelak respectively. Ben runs the game and plays all the other characters.

Our group broke up in the middle of the second adventure, so the story that begins in "The Dicey Deal" just kind of stops without warning. I liked the characters a lot and so I wrote the "Madame K" story. None of that is role playing, I just used the same characters and wrote my own plot. Chris liked that story and so we got together and wrote "The Hallowed Land Experience" about a Christian theme park in Orlando that isn't what it seems. I guess that we kind of went overboard with the sex and violence and gore. Sometimes I can't believe that I wrote parts of it. But it's some of the best stuff that I've ever written so here it is.

And yes, this is an "adult" kind of adventure. There is a lot of sex and violence in it. So if you're not 18 then you shouldn't tell your parents you're reading it. They probably aren't mature enough to deal with it.
