The
New SVO
I
recently sold my 86 9L Spoiler delete in June to a good friend. I replaced
it with another 86 9L with 74 K original miles. I have had my eye on this
car since my first svo burn't to t he ground. The individual I purchased the
svo from is the original owner. It came with the optional leather interior
that was in good shape. The engine was unmolested and the car has never been
in an accident. I took this summer to R&R the entire original engine,
tranny and rearend with the replacement engine, V8 WC T5 and 8.8" 3.73
rearend from the other ca r. I also swapped out my new leather for the original
leather. After I pulled the engine and tranny, I completely stripped the engine
bay of all wiring, degreased and scrubbed clean. I repainted it as well as
the chipped front and rear bumper covers. I also installed a set of good condition
side spats. Below are some pictures from when she first arrived home with
a few recent pictures of the new engine. I will update to show more detailed
pictures of interior, suspension, engine later this month.

Below
are pictures of the recent changes to the vehicle. I will add detailed descriptions
of all work involved as the pictures are updated. Pictures will included the
sn95 upgraded front suspension with 99+ GT twin piston calipers, Earl's Steel
braided brake line kit, sn95 front tokico's, intercooler and piping, interior,
etc...
