Victoria Mesa, CHT, is a certified Hypnotherapist, Reiki Practitioner, and Reiki Teacher. She has received her Hypnotherapist training and certification at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (SWIHA), located in Tempe, Arizona. She has received her Usui Reiki Practitioner and Teacher certification from Masters who received their Reiki certification through the International Reiki Organization. With this experience and training, she has amassed the skills and knowledge necessary to be highly effective and successful in her chosen profession of Hypnotherapist and Reiki Practioner/Teacher.

She uses proven techniques, including stress management, inner child work, regression therapy, smoke cessation, weight management, and Reiki energy healing.

Victoria has a passion to assist each client in reaching his or her full potential. She believes strongly in treating the whole person, balancing the mind, body, and spirit. It is her mission and intention to awaken, inspire, and nurture healing insight in everyone she serves.
