It's a brand new development. Houses packed very close together with no yards.

This is the house we're renting in Phoenix.
It's a backwards house. The frontdoor is around the side towards the back.
For a rental it's very nice and we like living here very much, but I wouldn't consider buying it.
Even though this is a brand new house (we're the first to live here) they had problems renting it out.
Technically this is a four bedroom house. Familys that needed that much room wern't to thrilled with the size of the living room/dining room.
