PAYMENT
Pay Pal is our preferred method of payment.
Simply go to
https://www.paypal.com/ and click on the "send money" tab. Our
account is our e-mail address
vintagedirtandtrail@cox.net You may also pay via personal check or money
order. With a personal check, please allow 5 days for your check to clear.
California residents must pay 7.75 % sales tax.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Vintage Dirt and Trail Motorcycles prides itself on its reputation as "
A Global Provider of Vintage Yamaha Parts" As such, we are very
comfortable and experienced with many carriers allowing us to safely ship
packages
all over the world. Packages are sent insured, and at full value. We will
not mark the shipment as a "gift" or "sample". Please do not ask us to
break
the law.
DELIVERY
VDT generally ships within 48 hours of payment.
Shipping is via U.S. mail. This is the least expensive method of
shipping but is also the slowest. Heavy parcels and / or large parcels may be in
transit for up to 10 days. Be aware of this and plan accordingly.
UPS or Federal Express may be used but at additional cost.
WARRANTEE
VDT warranties all parts for 10 days from receipt of parts.
If a part is defective, VDT will refund the purchase price plus
shipping.
RETURNS
If a return is due to a VDT error, we will refund the full price plus
shipping. If a return is due a customer error, a 15% restocking fee will be
assessed. No returns after 10 days.
SPECIAL ORDERS
There are NO returns on special order parts.
If VDT does not have your part in stock, its a special order part and
therefore cannot be returned. We will notify you if a part is a special
order. So please, correctly I.D. your bike. VDT can help you in this
process.
