Comments

Slot club operates on a "Don't ask, don't tell" basis. The amount of coin-in required to earn
bonus reward credits varies, depending on machine played and whether you win or lose.

Total comps (including marketing offers and discretionary comps) are based on theo and
probably equal about 0.75% of coin-in when you play their better video poker games.

Harrah's FAQ

MAR 2008

Casino Monitor says: Just back from Caesars and did a quick check of the inventory -
I saw nothing that differed from what's listed in the database.

JAN 2008

There are at least 7 MG/MD 25¢/50¢/$1 3/5 play machines in the garage entrance area that have 8/5 JOB at 25¢/50¢ coin levels. Not sure about the $1 level. Also a carousel of 25¢ 8/5 JOB Progressive; good speed, slow meter. Other $1 JOB machines around casino are still 7/5. Also, we were getting Bonus Credits on all the 25¢ JOB play!

DEC 2007

The (3) $5/$10/$25 MG/MD 9/6 JoB slant-tops in high-limit Palace Court
Slots Room that were reported MIA are still there.

NOV 2007

7/5 BP and 9/5 DDB, including some PROG, and 9/5 JoB spin poker, are best 25c games.

*** MIA - SEP 2007 ***

(2) $5/$10 (3/5/10 Play) 9/6 JoB slant-tops in high-limit Palace Court Slots Room.

*** MIA - JUL 2007 ***

$5 (3/5 Play) 9/7 DB

JUL 2007

The uprights no longer have any good games on them. 9/6 JoB and 8/5 BP are available on slant-tops, but only in $5 and up. It appears that the best quarter games may be the bank of twelve progressive uprights with 7/5 BP, 9/6 DB and 9/5 DDB near the garage elevators.

JUN 2007

The only 9/6 JoB $5/$10/$25 slant-tops in the high-limit Palace Court slots room are now only on the inside of the semi-circular bank of machines. The two (2) 3/5 Play machines on that bank have now had 8/5 BP at $5/$10/$25 added to them.

*** MIA - MAY 2007 ***

$1/$2 (1/3/5 Play) 9/6 JoB

MAY 2007

The eight (8) MG/MD $1/$2/$5 slant-tops in the high-limit Palace Court slots room have all been changed to 9/6 JoB $1/$2/$5 machines. The plates still say MG/MD but the other games are gone. Based on my play and confirmed with another player, these machines only earn base points.

FEB 2007

There are only two $1 9/6 JoB slant-tops remaining and they are the middle machines in each row. There are still (8) $2/$5 9/6 JoB remaining. The $1 (3/5 Play) JOB are MIA. $10 (3/5 Play) 9/6 JoB have been added.

JAN 2007

As of the above date all machines listed in the database were there - I personally checked them. Since I have returned home, I read that six (6) of the 9/6 $1 JorB are missing in the High Roller section in the Palace Casino. The report indicated that only two (2) of the 9/6 $1 JorB remain and that they are the middle machines in this bank, one on each side. I have not received confirmation that this is so. The best play I could find for quarter machines were the multiplay 3/5 MG Bonus Poker at 7/5 located in the alcove near the garage area.

*** MIA - NOV 2006 ***

All of the NSUD and most of the 9/6 JoB.

SEP 2006

Two new VP carousels of MG/MD $1/$2/$5 machines were added in the Palace Casino in front of the restrooms, 8 machines in 1 carousel and 7 in the other. Included are 9/6 JOB, 9/7 DB, and 8/5 BP. BEWARE of Total Rewards Tier issues! Caesar's Palace, Rio, Bally's & Paris do NOT recognize joint accounts for determining tier level or for determination of what marketing offers you receive. Under the Harrah's system, a couple would generally have 2 different Total Rewards accounts which are merged for determination of tier level and marketing offers, but not so in these inherited casinos. To maximize your offers from these casinos you must play on ONE CARD ONLY.

*** MIA - AUG 2006 ***

(1) 5c/10c/25c (10 Play) with 8/5/60 SA, NSUD, 9/5 SDB, 9/7 TDB, and 9/6 JoB.

*** MIA - MAY 2006 ***

(3) $1 NSUD slant-tops in the Palace Casino.

Jeffrey Compton "Total Rewards" Casino Player Article

JUN 2005

There are (10) .25 NSUD uprights near Elton John store.

APR 2005

Caesar's Palace has 9/7 DB for 50c, $1 and $2. There are 5 or 6 machines in a bank of MG/MD slant-tops next to the food court. Only one side of the bank has 'em. The machines have the blue Game King face.

DEC 2004

Caesars has (14) 25c (3/5 play) 9/6 JoB. There are 5 uprights near the Elton John store. Another 6 uprights by the food court in the Forum Casino. And 3 slant-tops near the escalator in the Forum Casino. The 3 slant-tops also have 3/5 play 9/6 JoB for 50c and for $1.

NOV 2004

The (6) $1 NSUD MG TITO uprights in circular bank in the Sportsbook are reported MIA. All other NSUD are still intact.

OCT 2004

Caesars now has (6) $1/$2/$5 NSUD MG/MD slant-tops near the Colosseum Cigar Shop toward the cashier.

OCT 2004

Stayed at CP 2 nites and we played $30,720 on my card one day. Earned $26 in comp dollars for a .085% rate. Caesars now has 25c (5 Play) 9/6 JoB Multi-Strikes, $25 9/6 JoB and $100 (3 Play) 9/6 JoB.

SEP 2004

Caesars Palace ... all 25 cent 10 play 9/6 jacks MIA.

JUL 2004

All of the 50 play and 100 play 9/6 JoB have been downgraded and only 2 of the Super Times Pay with 9/6 JoB remain.

FEB 2004

There are at least 10 $0.25 Slant Tops by the Escalators down to the restrooms in front on the Celine Theatre and thare are also quite a few (10 or so of each) $0.25 & $0.50 in the New Area to the right of the entrance. There are now Numerous 9/6 in many denominations from $0.25 and up though out the Casino. So I would Change the JoB to read as it does under the 3/5 Play does "Scattered Through out the Casino".

The 50 play .25 9/6 JOB near Cleopatra's Barge is MIA. However, there are 4 new 50 play with 25/50/$ (and maybe $2) 9/6 JOB near the Celine Dion store, along with some 10 plays (2 I believe) and some 3/5 plays (4 I believe). All very fast TITO slant tops. I'm sorry that this isn't a very good update report, but I didn't have much time because it took a good while to locate these machines. Also there is some .25 9/6 JOB at one of the bars that I saw. I don't know Caesar's well enough to even know where I was, but with this inventory, I might get to know them better.

JUL 2003

Rooms in the Palace tower are fabulous. Rooms in old buildings are pretty bad. The decor was way out of date and no light comes through the windows due to the facade of cement patterned over them. The Paladium Buffet was overpriced and WAY overrated.

MAY 2003

$22,500 play/day for room comp - RFBL: $33,000/day - RFB: $66,000/day

MAR 2003

Park Place properties are cross-checking and disallowing discretionary comp "cross-booking" at their properties.
