Comments

Slot club operates on a "Don't ask, don't tell" basis. The amount of coin-in required to earn
bonus reward credits varies, depending on machine played and whether you win or lose.

Total comps (including marketing offers and discretionary comps) are based on theo and
probably equal about 0.75% of coin-in when you play their better video poker games.

Harrah's FAQ

**********************

*** MIA - SEP 2008 ***

(3) $1/$2 MG/MD 15/9 DW44 slant-tops in high-limit room.

*** MIA - SEP 2007 ***

$1/$2 on the lone 9/6 JoB machine.

MAR 2007

Still only one 9/6 JoB machine in high-limit area. After 1 hour of play, I noted the following: reward credits are earned at the usual rate of 1 credit per $10-coin in. At the end of the session I had earned 1525 points. When I removed and reinserted my card, it said I had earned 3050 base credits and 0 bonus credits, so it looks like you get 2 credits for every $10-coin in on the FP JoB machine. All other JoB machines in the casino are 9/5 or worse.

DEC 2006

The 9/6 JoB in high-limits now pays 250 for a SF instead of the previous 239. It is available in $1/$2/$5/$10/$25
and $60 ($100 3-coin) slanttop. Bad news: Instead of 8 machines, now only ONE machine survives.

*** MIA - JUN 2006 ***

(1) $5/$10 (3/5 Play) 9/6 JoB.

(1) $10 (3/5 Play) 9/6 JoB.

MAR 2006

The only playable machines at the Flamingo are now unavailable as they began a renovation of the high-limit (Champagne Slots) room at Sunday Midnight. The whole place has been covered with plastic sheeting and the machines removed. Maybe they're just replacing carpeting or something and it won't take too long. On another note, I didn't find full pay JoB on the $5--they all listed 239 as the payout for the sf.

JUN 2005

The DB progressives are still there. Since they are 9/6/5 I doubt they rarely, if ever, become playable. Perhaps the confusion stems from knowing which bar is the Garden Bar. This is the bar next to the Sportsbook that faces the outside wildlife area.

JUN 2005

I couldn't find any DB progressive at the garden bar.

APR 2005

Downgrades: $25  9/6 JoB - now 8/5, 25c/$1  9/7 DB PROG now 9/6.

NOV 2004

$1,000,000 coin-in per year earns 7 Star status.

AUG 2004

The 25c 9/6 JoB bartops are MIA. $5 is the lowest 9/6 JoB now.

JUN 2004

Just returned from a trip to the Flamingo all 25c and $1 9/7 DB progressive at Garden Bar are to be replaced as well as 25c 9/6 JoB at the lobby bar. The $1 BP progressive hit 3 times in 4 days one for $12,700 one for $6,800 and the 3rd for $5,800. These machines do not reset at $4,000 but pick some random number to start at. The $1 9/6 JoB to the right of the cage are still there, but only pay $2,500 for the royal. The 25c progressive at the Bugsy hit frequently and are rarely over $1,200. The rooms on the upper floors have been renovated new carpet furniture etc and are quite comfortable.

JUN 2004

Flamingo has a bank of $1 multigames to
the right of the cage with 9/6 JOB.

APR 2004

The (2) 25c 9/6 JoB bartops @ the Lobby bar that were reported MIA are
there now. They are between 2 support columns at the end of the bar.

MAR 2004

The (2) 25c bartops @ the Lobby bar are MIA.

FEB 2004

The 9/6 Bdlx (99.6%) that were listed @ Flamingo don't exist.
They were removed almost immediately after being introduced.

NOV 2003

(5) 25c MG PKM bartops and (2) $1 MG
PKM bartops @ Lounge Bar are removed.

JUN 2003

It takes 3,000 (increased APR 2005 to 4000) Base Reward Credits in
the year to get Platinum status and 10,000 to get Diamond status.
