The Royal is set to short pay of 2500 on many of the machines, so an apparently positive game is actually much less, also short pay Bonus games common, update is based on reports of full pay games from posts on the website. Best Games now reflect this adjustment. Added is CB now of 0.33% which is new. 25c 9/6 JoB bartops @ the bar immediately inside the front door. The $.25 JOB bartops at Hooters are NOT 9/6, they are 9/5. They have 9/6 $1, but they only pay 2500 for the Royal, so they're not really full pay either. Unverified reports: No 9/6 JoB in the entire casino. Another says they found $1 and $5 9/6 JoB "in the restaurant". Joint accounts are allowed. San Remo closes on 2 JAN 2005 and reopens as Hooters on 3 FEB 2005. Hello Hooters! I noticed that in January there was a note about the DW VP being MIA, but in the database it still shows the 10/7 DB. I believe these were the same machine. When I was down on the south end of the strip I took a walk down and sure enough the 10/7 DB is MIA. I believe that this wipes out San Remo as far as having any positive play. Points earned per dollar of play varies from machine to machine. A general rule is that 5c VP takes $7 coin-in to earn 1 point, 25c VP takes $6 to earn a point, and and $1 VP takes $12 to earn 5 points. I have been going to the San Remo for years and I'm very satisfied with the rooms and service. I am a quarter VP player and I always get RFB when I stay there. It may not be as fancy as the big strip properties, but small and friendly fits me well. I washed about $36000 thru the maschines(playing DW and TP JOB) and got the room comped ($35 per night). The host complained that he couldn't get some meals of my tab because there were none. |
