FEB 2009

They have moved some machines around, but all paytables seem to be the same as shown on web page.
They now have a 5c machine with NSUD, 9/6 JoB, 8/5 Bounus and 9/7 Double Bonus.

*** MIA - SEP 2008 ***

(4) $1 (10 Play) NSUD, 9/6 JoB $ 8/5 BP Multi-Strike - location unknown.

SEP 2008

TC has 10 nickle (40 nickels total per max bet) Multi Strike with NSUD, 9/7 DB, and 9/6DDB. I think there was 8/5 Bonus and 9/6 Job Multi Strike also, but will have to double check. These machines used to be 25c but have been changed to 2 nickels per credit since the move to the new casino. They still have the two 25c NSUD machines, 50c NSUD machines and lot of Illinois deuces on 25c. I think there are some other 99 +/- 0.1 percent 25c machines also, but again will have to double check next time.

Cash back I believe is still $9 per one point. 100 points equal one dollar.  One dollar redeemable in electronic free play on the card readers, or as cash at restaurants and giftshops etc.  Of course slot machine points are more generous, but right now I do not know the ratio. I never ever saw 10 play Multi Strike there.   All I ever saw was single line type Multi for 25c /credit.   Most of your data is based on the old casino.  The new one has embraced nickel and quarter players more than the old one.   Last time I looked the bartops in the new building were dollar and up and did not have the best of pay tables. A caution note might be in order stating that multiple chnges have taken place with the advent of the new casino and the data might not be current (If in my opinion, it ever was, I never  saw some of that stuff being reported). There is some minor bounce back electronic free play, but no idea of a percentage. We are only middle rated there, so do not know of value of higher rating, but I think it does get you more cashback free play etc.

JUL 2008

I didn't find anything good to play in quarters, but I did find a 50 cent 16/10/4/4 DW (99.7%)game. They've got the lower pay Pick'Em and Pick a Pair games in 2 cents (very boring) and quarters, and some low pay nickel games.(9/6/5 DB) that I played just to kill some time. A 7/5 White Hot Aces progressive game. Also a dollar 9/6/4 JB progessive that was at $8,000 when I left Saturday night.

DEC 2007

TC has (4) $1 multistrikes 10play has NSUD, 9/6 job, BP (FP) -
$1-$5 DDBAF (FP) - $1-$5 bartops job 9/6 - $5 WHA (FP)

*** MIA - JUN 2007 ***

PKM, NSUD, 9/6 JoB, 12/8 LDW and all 9/7 DB except (8) 25c near gift shop.

MAY 2007

Just got back from there today. 50 liner for 5c or 25c has NSUD, 9/7 Double Bonus, 9/6 DDBonus, and 9/6 Job. 50c machines I belive have the same. 50c and 25c Loose Deuces at 99.2. Not too sure about higher denoms as I only play 25c.

Promotion this month and next (I think) is if you take in a Michigan competitors club card and surrender it to them, they will double your points for 24 hours and put you into a drawing. So below values would be doubled for 24 hours.

VP points are $9 for one point. (subject to verification) One point = 1c. They now have cash back at 1 point = 1 cent. 5 dollar increments I believe. They used to only give comps for food, gift shop etc. Now a point is 1c for cash or food etc.

OCT 2005

the 25c machines have been cut to not as good paytable (per a post of several weeks back), but 50c and dollar still are per vpFREE index for Turtle Creek.

JUN 2005

The bank of .25 gamekings first set to the slowest speed then paytables hacked from 9/6 to 6/5 Jacks, 10/16 NSU Deuces to 1/2/2/3/4/10/15 Super Ugly Deuces, 4/6/9 to 4/5/6 Double Double Bonus, Bonus Poker is now 1/1/3/5/8/10, Double Bonus is 1/1/4/5/8, have not seen paytables this bad since Casino Windsor. The bank of .25 TRIPLE/FIVE play in the room with the table games that had full pay Super Aces, NSU Deuces, Jacks, Triple Double Bonus etc. were slowed to a crawl then the paytables cut to the same level as the gamekings. This place has been slowly converting video poker to slot machines over the past year. quite a change from two years ago when they were boasting WE HAVE THE BEST VIDEO POKER IN MICHIGAN.

Couldn't get clarification on which machines (all?) were downgraded and which are still there, so no DataBase updates were made.

JUL 2004

Turtle Creek Casino, to my surprise, had a few good vp games. They had Pick'Em, 9/6 JB, DD Bonus, 9/7/5 DB, and several others at 98% or higher.

FEB 2004

Went to Turtle Creek today. Was not planning on doing a machine inventory, but saw some new (I think) paytables. - .25 and .50 NSUD left wall of table games room - .50 JOB left wall of table games room (.25 already in your list). These are MG TITO machines about six of each denomination. These machines also have the 99.2 LDW. - .02,.05, .25 and .50 fifty play NSUD and 9/7 DB two machines in high-limit area. Seems to be lots of NSUD JoB and 9/7 DB around as well as 98.98 DDB. Unfortunately at regular level there does not seem to be any cashback. Executive level player club promises more "comps and perks? but I am not sure what they are.

OCT 2003

Wondered how Bob Dancer was going to teach NSUD there. Well this is what I found. There is NSUD. However it is all multiple line games ranging from three line quarters on the left wall of the old part to 10 line nickels in the middle room behind the multistrike machines. This same wall has 99.16% Loose Deuces Wild in both quarters and half dollars. Did not see any single line NSUD or 9/6 JoB or 9/7 DB. There are a bunch of .25 machines hand labeled as JoB (their normal IGT front panel showing the multi-games has been changed) near the table games but they really are multi-game machines with less than full pay games on them. The pickem shown in the data base are there also.

The multstrike machines have NSUD, 9/6 JoB, and 9/7 Double Bonus in .25, .50 and $1 denominations. These are located in the middle room. Per the brochure from the players club, three dollars in on slots will earn one point. Nine dollars in on video poker will earn one point. 100 points can be redeemed for $1 in food or gift shop comps. For vp I caculate that this is 0.11% for comps. At this time no cashback is given. A basic Sunday through Thursday room will require 7222 points per the people in the booth.

SEP 2003

Turtle Creek and Leelanau Sands have a joint slot club that gives you one point on every $3 played in slots and one point for every $9 played in video poker. 100 points can be reedemed for $1 in food or gift shop comps.Despite the relatively good video poker inventory at these two casinos I seemed to do better on their slot machines than their video poker machines. Their JB games seemed to operate strangely. In six hours of combined JB play at both casinos I only hit two four of kinds. Perhaps I was just unlucky but these Indian casinos make me nervous because there are few regulations on Indian gaming.

New players club points system. Do not have all facts yet. Their brouchre say $3 per point for slots and $9!!!! for VP. Looks like they will be doing bounce back type cash. Did not get the comp redemption rate. They also indicated discretionary comps might be availble for the "Executive" tier member. Its all new and not sorted out yet on my end anyway.
