It appears that all the old over-100% machines at Palace Station (FPDW and 10/7 Double Bonus) have been removed. A new bank of twelve Optimum uprights now has all the positive machines. They are straight across from the Pasta Palace Restaurant almost to the opposite wall. They contain the following: 25c - FPDW, 10/7 DB, 10/6 DDB and 15/8 Loose Deuces 50c - 10/7 DB, 10/6 DDB and 15/8 Loose Deuces $1 - 10/7 DB and 10/6 DDB Also found six Multi-Strike uprights by the north (valet) door. Best games are 8/5 BP and 9/7 DB in 25c. They also have 25c/50c/$1 99.92% Triple Deuces Wild in ten slant-tops also near the north (valet) door. Please note that this game has a very, very high variance. The two $2/$5 NSUD in the high-limit area are still there and many of the bartops still have 8/5 BP progressives. The (6) .50 10/7 DB and the 6 $1 10/7 DB located near the bar have been changed over to Optimums. *** As a general rule, it appears that it now takes $2 to earn 1 point @ Stations and the Fiestas on all positive ER games. Current policy at Stations seems to be that they won't give any discretionary food comps to people who play positive machines, but will comp their rooms. A discretionary room comp probably requires around $8,000 Coin-In per day (on average) now. LV Stations and Fiestas announce that full pay games will require $2 to earn 1 point beginning in JAN 2004. |
