Both Agua Caliente and Palm Springs Spa use the same Paradise Rewards Club. Database should show: Slots $1 coin-in earns 3 points. For video poker $2 coin-in earns 3 points, with 1000 points=$1 in comps. (NOTE: Isn't that .0015 comp rate?) Platinum status is 150000 points earned in 6 months. Black status is 375000 points in 6 months. Red status is 1500000 points in 6 months (comparable to Harrahs' Seven Stars tier). Players can choose that points be converted to free play instead of used for food, retail, etc.. There is no cash back. Points are redeemable for 13 months. Account is deactivated if no activity within that time. Paradise Club 2009 Update-You must use up all points in your account before hosts will comp anything (similar to Harahs) unless you are at Red or Black Level (over $250K coin-in during any six months). $1 MG/MD NSUD & 9/6 JoB Multi-Strike bartops @ circular bar in the center of casino. $1/$5 (5 Play) NSUD & 9/6 JoB MG/MD in high-limit area. (1) $1 Multi-Strike 9/5 SDB & 9/6 JoB upright on the main casino floor. (2) $1 9/6 JoB Multi-Strike bartops in lounge in NW corner of casino. New sign-ups get a deck of playing cards. High Limit Deuces reduced to dreadful 20/12 paytable. Jacks by Oasis Buffet is all 8/5. The Multi-Strike I saw was severely short-pay for every game. Spa (according to a security guard) no longer offers a complimentary shuttle to Agua Caliente which I never knew they had anyway. Hosts are now required to use players points for comps down to a zero balance before they will give you anything. So it is now a la Harrahs. But this new rule is waived if you are at higher tiers (over 250K coin-in in 6 months). Or if you complain and persist like I did. (4) $1 MG 9/5 TB+ near the front entrance. 25c 9/6 JoB @ center bar. The Club Paradise slot program now is $1 coin-in = 3 points (not 1), with still 1000 points needed for $1 worth of comps. There is a comps redemption list on their website. They also offer some Tiffany jewelry in a case at the Players Club area but don't state how many points would be needed, obviously. The center circular bartop multigame machines are now no better than 7/5 for JoB. I didn't play any other types so can't report on other paytables. I did find a bank of eight upright multigame quarter machines at 8/5 which I played most of the time. There were some All Star 3-5-10 play machines but they appeared to be 6/5 for JoB. (4) $1 MG PROG (RF, SF, Quad Aces) 8/5 BP near the front entrance. At the spa casino both bars had 4 mg md tito FP JOB at the .25, .50 and $1 level. They are the machine that do not have hold buttons. You had to use the touch screen. They also had 4 upright $1 mg near the front entrance that have FP bonus progressive and FP TB+ (no porgressive). Agua Caliente/Spa Casino: Agua Caliente is technically in Rancho Mirage, and the Spa Casino is in Palm Springs proper. Both of these casinos share the same player's club, called Club Paradise. $1 played earns 1 point; 1000 points is good for $1 towards meals and dining discounts and mostly logo merchandise at both casinos. I have nothing of note for Agua Caliente in terms of playable VP, but the Spa had some good stuff. The lone Multi-Strike on the main casino floor that's mentioned in the database with full-pay 9/6 JOB also has full-pay 9/5 Super Double Bonus which should be even better ($1 denom only; 25,50 cent are short-pay). There is a circular bar in the center of the casino that has about 5 bartop Multi-Strikes with 9/6 JOBs and NSU Deuces at the $1 denom only. Be careful, one of these bartops pays only $1250 instead of $4000 on 5-coin royal in the 9/6 JOB game (according to the displayed paytable). The 4 $1 8/5 Bonus prog. machines mentioned in the database are not in the high-limit room; they are on the main casino floor. Same goes for the machines with 9/6 JOB flattop and 8/5 Aces$. These flattops also have 9/6 Bonus Deluxe, 9/4 Bonus Deuces Wild (99.45%), and 9/5 Triple Bonus Plus (99.8%). Spa – there is a quiet bar in the northwest corner of the casino, with a large lounge. In there, they have bar-top multistrike MG MD, but the only full pay is 9/6 Jacks, when you select $1 (not 25c or 50c). I think there were 2 or 3 machines like this. I found one machine like this on the floor also (upright). After racking my brain with the variance implications of multistrike, I realized that it's still full pay, even if you play one line.
