Account Reactivation

If you're not receiving vpFREE emails (or digests), you may be on Yahoo's bouncing list and need to reactivate your account.

1. Go to the vpFREE home page -

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/vpFREE/

2. Log in, click the "My Groups" link in the upper right part of the page to go to the "My Groups" page.

3. If your account needs reactivating there will be a "bounce alert" link near the top of the "My Groups" page.

4. Click on the "bounce alert" link.

5. Click on the Reset link and your account is reactivated.

There may be a delay before Yahoo changes take effect.
