Folder Alarm lets you monitor the size of any folder, including all subfolders, and will alarm when the folder exceeds the limit you set.  Great for monitoring temporary folders, mail,folders, internet download locations, etc.

Folder Alarm is freeware, which means you can download it, install it, and never pay a penny for it.  The only gotcha is that you cannot distribute it.  It was written as a freebie to generate a little site traffic, so respect my wishes.  OK?
