Classes
Sessions:
January 3, 2008 to April 29, 2008
May 1, 2008 to August 21, 2008
August 26, 2008 to December 18, 2008
Registration is open and on going.
Family Class
Classes will meet on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. Classes are open to ages 6 to 106.
Adult Class
Classes will meet on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. Classes are open to ages 14 and up. Adults are strongly encouraged to attend both classes.
Costs
Cost per session is $20 per student or $40 per family.
Grading Fees will be $5.
Membership in the Shintani Karate Federation is recomended, but not required till blue belt.
Uniforms are optional in our own regularly scheduled workouts. Uniforms will be required at most events and/or functions outside of the local club, including brown belt and higher gradings.
Sparring equipment is required for anyone who wishes to participate in this part of class. Sparring Gear consists of hand pads, foot pads, head gear, mouth guard, and groin protection (for males).
Uniforms and sparring gear can be purchased through the club at a discount price.
