This is my four year old granddaughter Melissa.
'lissa will forever be four years old because she drowned on Dec.13,1994.
She was such a sweet,joyful,loving little girl and she touched so many lives in her short
time here. She was and will always be 'my heart'.
The Compassionate Friends
holds a worldwide candle-lighting ceremony the second Sunday of each December in memory of all the infants,children and young adults who have died,"That their light may always shine."

The mention of her name,
May bring tears to my eyes,
But it never fails to bring
Music to my ears.
