Today i got my fuel tank back. I sent it to a radiator shop to have the inside cleaned. Cost $65. he had to dip it in the tank twice, but still said he was impressed by its good condition. Dipping it in the tank took off (or maybe revealed) alot of places on the exterior where there was no paint. I got a can of 3M undercoating and covered the outside. It toook one whole can to do it, but i am very pleased with the results.
