| This model is similar
to the original H558-5009 "Arnold" watch. The LCD window of this model is
at the bottom of the dial instead of the top. Although it's not the original
"Arnold" model, it's still quite a collectible item. When I got this watch,
it was not running because a small part was missing. A generous forum member
sent me an H601 watch to use for parts. After getting it to work, I sold
it to another forum member for $250. About a month later, he put it for sale
on Ebay to raise money for something else. Two collectors got into a bidding
war and the final price was over US$700. That's probably the highest price
ever paid for an H601-5480. |
