Photo 1 - He is obviously a male. He appears adult, but aging can be tricky.
Photo 2 - Not very clear, but gives the throat color.
Photo3 - This picture gives a nice look at the wing molt. It looks like primaries 1-6 are fresh with P7 missing, and P8-10 old.
