The Rehearsal.

To make sure that the joy and beauty of the occasion are preserved, at least one rehearsal should be planned when all parties concerned can be present. This will place everyone at ease when the time of the wedding arrives.

If a rehearsal dinner is given it should be served after the rehearsal rather than before.
