Pastor Trevor Hubbs is a native of Tucson.  He trusted Christ as his personal Savior during services at the Singing Hills Youth Camp in 1978.  After becoming active in the church’s youth group, he felt God’s call to preach the gospel.

       Pastor Hubbs earned a bachelor’s degree in Bible and ministerial studies at Arlington Baptist College in 1990.  He also gained a ministry partner while volunteering as a Sunday School teacher at a local Baptist church.  He and his wife, Robbyn, have been serving the Lord ever since.

       Pastor Hubbs has worked with youth and as assistant pastor in independent Baptist churches in Florida.  He was ordained as a preacher in 1995 and returned to southern Arizona in 1996 to serve on the staff of the Tucson Baptist Temple.

            Pastor Hubbs now is following God’s direction to reach the people of Tucson, Arizona, through the ministry of the Welcome Baptist Church.
