I Was Born In Gorman Texas On June 3, 1948. Grew up In Albany Texas. Drafted in 1967. Joined The Navy December 21, 1967 (Boot Camp Company # 280, San Diego California). After Boot Camp I Was Assigned To PreCom Detail On The USS White Plains. In 1969 I Was Transfered To IC A School & Gyro School. Assigned To The USS Proteus AS-19 In 1970 and The USS Hunley In 1971. Transfered to IC B School Great Lakes, Illinois In 1972. After School I was Assigned To The USS Coral Sea. In 1974 Was Transfered To FMAG Alameda California. In 1976, I Was Aboard The USS Vega AF-59. Assigned to SFR Guam In 1977 & Refit Site 3 Guam in 1980. Transfered From Guam To SSC/NTC Great Lakes Illinois And An Instructor In Gyro School & 1200 PSI Hot Plant. Assigned To The USS Roanoke AOR-7 in 1984 & PSNS Bremerton Washington in 1985. Transfered To USS Kittyhawk in 1986.. And My Final Assignment Is The US Navy Was Aboard The USS Cleveland, Where I Retired From In 1988..

Since Retiring From The Navy I Attended Olympic College In Bremerton, Worked as A Technical Writer For M. Resenblatt & Son Marine Engineers. Worked For Palo Verde Nuclear Power Plant, Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant. For Awhile I Decided I Wanted To Drive A Truck, So I Drove For Rapid Freight Of Texas. I Was A Mechanic For East Texas Petroleum and A Warranty Specialist for Mack Trucks.. In 1999 I decided I Wanted To Go Back To School, So I Enrolled A Cisco Junior College In Abilene Texas and Took Computer Electronics. At Present Time Iam Employed By Abilene Business Equipment.

I Have 3 Wonderful Daughters. (Ages 30, 25 & 22) 6 Beautiful Grandchildren.. I Have Been Married & Divorced 3 Times. ( I Thinks Thats Plenty).
