What happens at a Trust Level Community workshop?
 Trust Level Community workshops

Trust Level technology is a direct link to untapped human potential. It is the fastest route to unlocking creative human potential which, in turn, releases the forces of growth, productivity and organizational health. Although it may take years for effective change to become established as a new system or as new personal habits, visible changes can be perceived in as little as an introductory weekend workshop although a 5 day community experience is recommended to insure that new learning is completely acquired by all involved.
The Trust Level workshop is an in-depth technology which strengthens self-esteem and puts the participant in touch with their core abilities. It helps the participant relearn "how to learn" and enhances new learning abilities with renewed enthusiasm and satisfaction in the workplace or home environment. In the workplace this results in loyalty, reduced absenteeism, less stress related illness and more productivity with less errors in general.
People who attend personal growth workshops are very special people. They know the value of personal development and the positive and dramatic effect it can have on personal well being, self-esteem and quality relationships. These people seek out personal growth opportunities and tell others about them.
The three day and five day community experiences are specific ways to create a spirit of community for parents, managers, leaders, educators, therapists, trainers and students. It is an opportunity to discover how improved relationships can develop more effectively within a community setting. We discover the power of shared leadership and what this really means by creating a safe place for authentic communication. We develop trust in very specific and easy to learn ways. We begin with some professional guidance by working alone, then in pairs and small groups and then in full community meetings. These large community meetings reveal the power of what higher forms of trust can do. The results, now visible and vivid are astounding to the newcomer to this human potential technology and often leads to unbridled enthusiasm.
We then move beyond this introductory and highly productive human potential technology into the meat of the workshop experience.  Events are always different.  All groups bring different potential for growth and change to the community.
Trust Level Community is not therapy, and it is not encounter training, a sensitivity group, advice or teaching. Participants do, however find the experience to be very wholesome and therapeutic, they do encounter their important issues and learning is accelerated. It is a technology that allows the nature of community to reach a high level of trust by minimizing constraints, lectures and experts with a preset agenda. The content of the weekend or 5 day community comes from the community that gathers together for personal and professional growth. An emerging agenda is created to meet the specific and relevant needs of participants and their families and organizations.
