The WORA Board of
Directors meets monthly, usually on the first Thursday of the month, at 6:30
p.m. in the Willow Oaks Branch Library. WORA
members in good standing may attend any meeting with prior notice to the
president. The annual meeting to
vote on the board members for next year is held in October of each year.
A quorum must be established at each meeting for the transaction of
business and at any special meeting that is called.
