September 27, 1854 - Mary Laura, was the only one of the 11 children born in Tennessee. She was also known as Aunt Molly. Her marriage was recorded December 16, 1874 in Dallas County to Robert E. Nix. Robert was from a large family that moved to Dallas from Georgia. From this first marriage three children were born. We have much to learn yet about her and her descendants. It is believed that they moved to Oklahoma. Robert Nix is the son of Edward L. Nix whose genealogy is listed here, along with all known descendants of that family.
