Magister (MGR): A Magister is the entrance rank for a System Moff. It is the
intermediary rank for a Planetary Governor. It is rarely given to anyone below a Planetary Governor, but there is always a possibility that an extremely
good Councilor deserves this rank.
Magister Equitum (MEQ): The rank of Magister Equitum is the entrance rank
for a High Moff. A Planetary Governor who has served his planet for an extraordinary long and dedicated time can achieve this rank, maximum for the

Sub-Lieutenant (SLT): After passing the Directorate Core, an officer is awarded the rank of Sub-Lieutenant by the Minister of Indoctrination. A Sub-Lieutenant may command a Carrack-Class Light Cruiser upon successful completion of training at the Colonial Directorate Governors Institute (CDGI).
Lieutenant (LT): After exceptional achievement in battle, an officer may be awarded promotion to Lieutenant.
