As a special incentive to my new clients* in Virginia, I offer the following. At settlement, your account will be credited with monies that enhance your bottom line. All you have to do is ask for the incentive when you sign an agreement with me (Listing or Buyer Representation).
For example:
Based on a three percent buy or sell transaction fee,
■ a $350,000.00 transaction would increase your net approximately $5,000.00. ■ a $500,000.00 transaction would increase your net approximately $7,500.00.
* You must not be contractually bound to another Realtor, when I become your listing or purchasing agent. |
