1. Do you allow local pick up? Yes, however, chances are that if the item is posted on our eBAY store, it is also stocked in our shop, so if you are interested in coming by to our store in Southern California, please call customer service at 310.784.8884 between the hours of 11am and 4pm California Time Zone or email us here and let us know exactly what you wanted and we'll be more than happy to set it aside for you. |

2. Do you offer shipping discounts if I purchase multiple records? Yes, the discounts are as follows: Shipping within USA (Excluding ALand HI): $5.99 + $1.50 for each vinyl after the first. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada: $7.99 + $2.99 for each vinyl after the first. Shipping to UK, France, most of Europe, Japan, and Australia: $14.99 + $2.99 for each vinyl after the first. |

Although insurance is not offered initially, if you would like to purchase insurance for your order, we can make it happen. Simply call our Customer Service line at 310.784.8884 as soon as you place your order so that we can make sure your package is properly insured. |

Yes, we have recently expanded our reach worldwide. We currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, UK, most of Europe, Japan, and Australia. If you live in Europe and aren't sure, contact us via email and/or phone to confirm that we do, in fact, ship to your location. |

5. Do you sell anything other than vinyl records? Yes! We carry a large line of DJ Accessories(needles, Technic parts, Sic Mat Slipmats, and other equipment), DVDs, Toys, and Clothing. 6. What forms of payment do you offer? We prefer paypal. Paypal allows credit card payments and e-checks. You may also pay via United States Postal money orders. |

7. How will you ship out my package? We ship United States Postal Service for all packages within the USA via Media Mail. For packages overseas, Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii, we offer Priority Airmail Only. If you prefer a specific shipping service, we will do our best to accomodate your request. |
