MEMBERSHIP: There is presently no fee for membership. Dues will only be requested if the group undertakes projects that incur expense. (If we as a group determine we want food & drinks @ meetings, demo CDs, etc.) Intent is for the creation of a community of similar interests. The mailing list will be created at the first meeting. We are looking for a meeting place, likely My Father's Place Pizza on Moody Rd in Warner Robins, or a Library, American legion, at someone's house, etc... More info will be posted as available. Hoping for first meeting in late december. |

RESOURCES: - I already have a library of computer books I can make available to the group on programming, HTML, assembly, and server related topics, as well as software training materials. I reserve the right to require a deposit for their use. 100% Refundable if returned undamaged. Abusing this resource will result in losing this resource. - I also have a private 4 server + computers network that is not dedicated to anything other than training & SETI@home distributed multiprocessing presently, which can be made available for member education. It may be eventually be dedicated to offsite backups but presently is availiable for experimentation. |
