The Lynx

The Lynx is the newsletter of the Washington Ship Model Society.  Published monthly, the newsletter has been in continuous publication for over 75 years.  Each newsletter includes information on club meetings and, when available, shop notes and other information that benefits members of the Society.

The Lynx takes it's name from the topsail schooner built by Thomas Kemp in 1812 in Fell's Point, Maryland.  She was constructed as a blockade runner and privateer.  A graphic of the Lynx appears at the top of this web page.
