We were participating in an Atheist E-Mail Group that has no other purpose than to blast McDowell's "Evidence That Demands A Verdict". They've even got a WWW Home Page for the same purpose. We read one particular article quoted to the group from the July/August 1982 issue of the "American Rationalist" (an atheist magazine) that was very venomous and irrational. This surprised me because the person who wrote the article is a Ph.D. (in what, we don't know). Anyway, to make a long story short, the atheists are still making unsubstantiated claims against God and the Bible and probably will to the very end...
(BTW, they've got nothing on McDowell)

Normally we will have timely news and commentary here, but we thought we might start off our first official week and pause to celebrate a very special (to us) current event; our first visitor!
The first visitor to the WWCW was the esteemed Lambert Dolphin. You may have already seen some of his essays floating around the Net or in publication. Most recently, you can read his handiwork in the April 1995 issue of "Personal Update" (the newsletter of Koinonia House, 1-208-773-6310). In fact, you may want to visit his Home Page at:
Or you may want to visit the Koinonia House Home Page by jumping down to the WWCW links section and selecting "Koinonia House".

It doesn't get any funnier than this folks. Here's a short excerpt from "Politically Correct Bedtime Stories", a "must have" for the Politically Correct person in your life:
"There once was a young person named Red Riding Hood who lived with her mother on the edge of the wood. One day her mother asked her to take a basket of fresh fruit and mineral water to her grandmother's house - not because this was womyn's work mind you, but because the deed was generous and helped engender a feeling of community. Furthermore, her grandmother was not sick, but rather was in full physical and mental health and was fully capable of taking care of herself as a mature adult..."
(from "Politically Correct Bedtime Stories" by James Finn Garner, Macmillan Publishing Company)
