Prayer Works!

Brothers and sisters in Christ, please read this real life example of the power of prayer!

I have been on medication for Panic disorder since I was a junior in High school. I posted a prayer request in January asking for prayer that I would be able with Christ's strentght to overcome this and be able to move on in my life and work towards my goals without fear affecting every decision I make. I am twenty years old right now. This summer I plan to go to Romania for an outreach. I was worried that my panic attacks would be a problem and get in the way of really surrendering myself to the needs of others which is my desire. I had also worried that I wouldn't be able to finish out this semester of school since for the past year my problem has been overwhelming~beyond my human comprehension. I am so happy and Thankful to God and you who prayed for me because right now and for the course of this Spring Semester at school I haven't had any problems like I'd had before. Panic disorder is no longer and obstacle in my path. I feel free and know that God has choosen this time for my healing and I will accomplish my goals (all the discouragement of the past makes sendse now). I am completly off the medications and I am feeling confidant. This has all happened of course because it was the time that God chose for me to be healed but it has been since I posted a prayer request in January. I decided then that it was going to be war against Satan and I really began to passionatly and faithfully declare more and more victory over this attack of Satan in my life. There is a peace in my heart and a confidance that God has completely delivered me from this situation that for so long I almost resolved to myself that I would always have. I would like to encourage any of you out there to "Keep on Praying" as Ephesians 6:18 says. It all comes in His timing. I have developed my character and my faith to a level that I probably would never had before if it hadn't been for what I have gone through. I am thankful and can rejoice in my sufferings as Paul did because in all things God DOES work them out for good! I am living testimony to that. Thank you for your prayers.. It does work posting these requests even if only one person prays. Thank you.. and Thank God for all that he has done and is yet to do.. Not only for me but for all of you! :)
