OBSERVER NOTES:
Weak high pressure continued to dominate the Mid-Atlantic states with
sunny skies, increased haziness in the afternoon and temps rising into lower 90s
from morning lows in the mid 60s. Winds were mostly southerly early
in the day but SSE in the evening.
