Registration Directions:

Checks should be made payable to "The Xaraproject."

You may register for as many people as you like, but each person entering the monastery grounds must sign their own release form. It is very important to have good contact information so we can reach you if road conditions require last-minute instructions. Parking will cost $20 per auto and will be collected in cash only at the time of entry.

Registration Request - Xara Dulzura: 2005

I have read and understood the registration information, retreat rules, participant responsibilities and Madre Grande Monastery's Guideline for Guests and ask to be registered to participate in this retreat under the conditions set forth there. I understand no one under 21 years of age will be admitted, I have read the sample release form and understand that I will be required to sign that form before being admitted to the monastery grounds.

[    ]    Alright, so I missed the early discounts, but would like to register to participate in this retreat at the Full Registration rate of $80.00/person for each member of my party. Enclosed please find my payment of $_____________.00 as the registration fee for ________ persons ($80/person). I understand that each of these persons will also have to sign the release and be bound by the rules and conditions of this retreat. Registration requests will be filled and confirmed in the order in which they are received.

Returning Xaran Early Registration:
[    ]    I attended last year's Xara Dulzura retreat, completed the onsite check-in materials and release, and am registering at the Returning Xaran discount rate of $50.00/person for each member of my party. Enclosed please find my payment of $_____________.00 as the registration fee for ________ persons ($50/person). I understand that each of these persons will also have to sign the release and be bound by the rules and conditions of this retreat. Returning Xaran registrations are guaranteed priority confirmation but must be postmarked by January 17, 2005.

Early Registration
[    ]    I did not attend last year's Xara Dulzura retreat but would like to register to participate in this retreat at the Early Registration Discount rate of $65.00/person for each member of my party. Enclosed please find my payment of $_____________.00 as the registration fee for ________ persons ($65/person). I understand that each of these persons will also have to sign the release and be bound by the rules and conditions of this retreat. Early Registration requests will be filled and confirmed in the order in which they are received. Early Registration requests must be postmarked by March 1, 2005.

All registration requests must be postmarked by Monday, April 18, 2005, or otherwise actually received in The Xaraproject's office before the close of business on Wednesday, April 20, 2005.

There will be no onsite registration for this retreat. Nothing will be for sale. The only cash taken onsite will be for parking.:
