This is my rear fuselage with rivets in it. Why is that important? Well, these
were my first rivets with my new pnuematic rivet puller. Had a good time, Kermit
pulled some, Cameron and Cami pulled some, my 4 year old son Ryan pulled some, hell,
even my wife Sandra pulled some.

Proof that my son (4 years old) is the coolest on the planet...
|
...More proof
|
...And proof that I am a geek (an airplane geek, though!) Notice my feet?
Looks like there might be hope for my 6'4" body being comfortable after all.

Here is the near finished NLG lower bearing.

Next time you see this, it will be clecoed together. The rudder and brake supports, and the
heel support are all moved FWD by 45mm, which is ZAC's recommended MAX FWD position.
|
This is how the firewall is coming. Next time you see this, it will be riveted together. Yippe!
|
Told you.

Here is the bottom side of my floor with lower longerons and center stiffener attached.
|
Here is the top side, with my firewall clamped on for visual effect.

Lets get jiggy wit' it. Sorry, I am a geek. These are my wing jigs to locate the rear
spar carry through structure. Pretty solid, that is a piece of front and rear spar with
.090 sheet between them, plus an .025 doubler.

These pedals are installed in the most forward position. Basically, the pedal structures go
right up to the lower longeron attaches.
