This is where the seat belt shoulder harness attaches. More importantly (hopefully), this is where
the 3rd bulkhead (or aft bow) attaches.

Here is the 3rd bulkhead getting fitted for installation. I cut about 5 inches off the ZAC supplied bow,
which seems in line with documentation.
