Master Brad Inman

Master Inman has 37 years’ experience in the martial arts and holds the rank of 5th degree black belt (Master) in Yabe Jiu Jitsu and Yang Ki Yin Jiu Jitsu. He is the Soke Dai of Yabe and Yang Ki Yin Jiu Jitsu.  He is a Shihan of the founder of Yang Ki Yin Jiu Jitsu, Professor Milton A. Gowdy, Soke Emeritus. Master Inman began studying the martial arts at the age of six in the sport of Judo. Inman says that his study of the martial arts has followed and guided him throughout his life. When he was sixteen, Inman met Professor Milton A. Gowdey, a police officer and martial artist. Professor Gowdey was impressed by Inman’s drive and willingness to learn. He decided to take him "under his wing" and taught him Yabe and Yang Ki Yin Jiu Jitsu. This training led to acheiving the level of "Soke Dai", which means "Next to carry on the system."  Professor Gowdey had a strong commitment to training law enforcement. Master Inman felt compelled to continue this commitment to officer training and survival upon Proffesor Gowdey's death.
