WOG NO MORE!! Crossing the equator on a U.S.naval ship (advancing from a lowly pollywog to a Shellback) has always been a big event (although now it is toned down due to having to be "politically correct" with females shipboard). It is one of those secret events that you have to be there to understand and experience the weeks leading up to the big day. I have not included pictures for that day because I feel it is something to be experienced over and over in your mind (it could be a nightmare, but you'll never forget it!). You can bet I will never loose this card!!!
