Sponsorship Proposal for Desert Rage Adventure Racing Series

 

This sponsorship packet was designed to cover the sponsorship opportunities surrounding the three race (taken together) Desert Rage series.  The same opportunities apply for the following races:

§         Women’s Adventure Race (11-13-2004)

§         Phoenix Urban Adventure Race (12-04-2004)

§         Joshua Day 24 Hr Adventure Race (1-22-05)

§         Full Moon Fury Adventure Race (4-23-05) dollar amounts are halved for this race.

 

The Desert Rage Adventure Race series and others will take place among the deserts, mountains and lakes of central Arizona.  During the fall thru spring season, teams of one to four people will compete unsupported for four to 10 hours. Disciplines include, but are not limited to, mountain biking, trail running and kayaking on rivers and lakes. Coed, all male, all female and masters teams are invited to enter. ·         Lead Sponsor: $2000 or $3000 in-kind product donation (REI, Fox River, Racelab)

·         Supporting Sponsor: $1000 or $2000 in-kind product donation (Buff, Hammer, ASmagazine)

·         Product Sponsor: in-kind product donation (Soma, Bodyglide, Balance Bar, Road I.D., Sevylor)

• Opportunity to display up to two banners at Desert Rage race registration and transition area

• Booth on-site at race registration and opportunity to offer sample products or services

• Inclusion in the participant race bags if desired

• Exclusive logo inclusion on SAS (Sierra Adventure Sports) home page and “Sponsors” page.

• All of your company logo’s serve as links to your site.
