All of the above are harmonics except the open string D and the low D on the B string. AF means above the fretboard playing D, the 3rd, 5th, 7th, and then the high octave to finish. These last 4 notes are played up near the pickups on the D string - you just have to get those by ear to finish the song cuz I can't reference you to any position. On the Fender Pbass the last 4 notes are just past the end of the fretboard (3rd), then just in front of the treble pickup (5th), then just behind the treble pickup (7th), and finally just in front of the bass pickup going toward the bridge (D). You have to find a sweet spot - probably between the two pickups (if you have 2) - to hit the harmonics just right. Some of the harmonics don't all play out well at the same plucking spot so you have to experiment with your bass to find the sweet spots for all the harmonics, then just practice. The rest is as I said in the MP3 description about the Boss GT6B, the slow gear (same as glass backwards) EFX, delay, chorus and reverb - set the delay at 1000 ms to syncopate just like I did in the MP3 - if you want to go faster, delay shorter.
