The "Take It Easy" Houseboat is the perfect destination for friends and family to enjoy Roosevelt Lake and surrounding mountains while crating memories that will last a lifetime. The climate is typically 7-8 degrees cooler than Phoenix and during the summer monsoons, the evening storms can cool the temperature down 20 degrees while you sit on the deck of the houseboat enjoying nature at its finest. The "Take It Easy" is the largest Houseboat permitted on the lake and is one of the newest and nicest boats in the marina. It is moored at one of the 3 best slip in the marina which offers the best views, the best shade during the hottest part of the day and the best privacy.
