Begin by performing the Breathing Exercise. Sit or lay quietly for several minutes, simply being aware of what you feel, hear, see, smell, and taste. When you are relaxed and focused, imagine the energy around you, within the air, thickening to form a barrier around you. Imagine it thickening to form a spherical shield around you. Feel it become dense and hot, encasing you in a molten barrier of energy. Feel the heat of the energy surrounding you. Feel the temperature within the sphere begin to rise steadily as more energy is gathered to form the barrier around you. Feel the air that you breath getting warmer, heated by the energy that surrounds you. Feel the air upon your skin become hotter against your body. You are in a sauna. The air around you is moist and hot. Continue to concentrate on these sensations, but do not allow yourself to become uncomfortable. Feel the heat of the energy as an invigorating, energizing, life-supporting warmth. When you can feel it as such, end the visualization by imagining the energy thinning and dispersing or falling and being absorbed by the Earth, leaving you cool and dry.
If at any point you begin to feel uncomfortable, end the visualization immediately.
