Visualization is a very useful tool for magickal work, as well as for practicing concentration. It is the process of mentally creating a picture, image, scene, or object. Daydreams that consume so much of your attention that you forget your surroundings are examples of visualizations. I've provided a few original visualizations that I wrote myself. Please feel free to share them if you'd like, but try not to steal them and pass them off as your own. After all, what goes around comes around (times three!).

    You may wish to perform the Breathing Exercise before each visualization session to help calm and focus yourself.
